Social bookmarking is essentially a profile where you can express yourself through the websites that you bookmark and tag. You can have a network of people so you may share interesting website. The biggest difference between social bookmarking and bookmarking a site on your computer, is that you can access your bookmarks on any computer with delicious. You can have a Delicious is also helpful for people who may have their own websites. Delicious provides a feature called "link roll". With this feature, you can upload your bookmarks that you have on delicious onto your website and they will appear as a link.

Allows teachers and students to share bookmarks on research topics

Trying to get information together on a certain topic to prepare for a lesson or unit

Grade-level teacher teams can collaborately find and share resources

Network with other educators around the world who share your interests

Create a social book mark account for your schools academic departments

Share your bookmarks with friends or group members

Have bookmarks sent to you

*A tag is a word that is used to describe a bookmark. It is a better way to organize all your bookmarks. In other words, a tag is a designed folder for your specific subjects.

* A tag cloud is a list of tags where it reflects the size of popularity of that particular website.
